Postboutit is operated from Vancouver, British Columbia. This page explains what personal information we collect through postboutit.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
We only collect what you type into a form on this site.
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
To reply to you, to match creators with restaurants, and to run the visits we have agreed with you. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
If you are matched with a restaurant or a creator, we share only what that match needs — a creator is told the venue and time; a restaurant is told the creator's name, handle and booking time.
Form submissions are processed by Formspree, which delivers them to our email inbox. Formspree stores submissions on its servers in the United States. The site itself is hosted by Vercel. Both are service providers acting on our behalf.
Enquiries that do not become a working relationship are deleted within twelve months. Records for active restaurants and creators are kept for as long as we work together, and for seven years afterwards where Canadian tax and business records rules require it.
Under British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@postboutit.com and we will respond within 30 days.
If this page changes we will update the date at the top.
